Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your preferred size, add your items to your cart, and proceed to checkout or send Us Through Messages and we will Do the order for you

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Alexandria: 1–3 business days
  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary during promotional periods or public holidays.

Can I inspect my order before paying?

Yes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return period?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet our return conditions.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes.

Exchanges are available within 14 days from the delivery date.

Shipping charges apply for exchanges requested due to size or preference changes.

Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Headbands
  • Bibs
  • Beanies
  • Other personal accessories

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you choose the best fit.

Are your fabrics safe for babies?

Yes.

We carefully select soft, comfortable fabrics designed for everyday wear, with your little one's comfort in mind.

How should I care for my garments?

To keep your Plush Kids products looking their best, we recommend:

  • Machine wash at 30°C
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
  • Cool iron if needed

Please always refer to the care label inside each garment.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes.

Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt.

Discounts & Promotions

Can I combine multiple discount codes?

Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Please check that:

  • The code hasn't expired.
  • Minimum purchase requirements are met.
  • The products aren't excluded from the promotion.
