We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt through our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria: 1–3 business days
- Delta & Canal Cities: 2–5 business days
- Upper Egypt & Frontier Governorates: 3–6 business days
During sales, holidays, or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.
Any applicable shipping promotions or free delivery offers will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive:
- Order confirmation Message
- Shipping confirmation once dispatched
- Tracking information (where available)
Our delivery partner may also contact you before delivery.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Egypt.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.
If this happens, please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to help arrange another delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Plush Kids cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents before accepting the delivery.
If you notice any issue, contact us within 24 hours and we'll work quickly to resolve it.
